What does it cost?
Carriers set their own reward — euros or a treat. A small protection fee covers holding the payment until delivery is confirmed.
Is my address shared?
No. Others only see an approximate area. The exact address is shared with the matched carrier once a haul is accepted.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute from the transaction. Funds stay held while we review the chat, handover proof and receipts.
Do I need the app store?
No. HaulMate runs in your browser and can be added to your phone's home screen in a couple of taps.
